Sam Kohn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of National Equity Funding. With a love of both real estate and automobiles, he purchased and operated a Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealership. Recognizing a need for custom tailored financing options to meet specific customer needs, he began an in-house finance and leasing company. As a business leader, Sam’s dealership was awarded “Business of the Year” honors. He developed a finance based CRM program which led him to a position with a Fortune 300 company and eventually to real estate finance.

Seeking a new challenge, Mr. Kohn founded National Equity Funding, Inc. to provide borrowers with common sense equity based real estate solutions. Sam travels around the country attending national hard money seminars where he has been honored as a guest speaker.

With the belief that you must give something back to the community, Sam was elected President of the local Chamber of Commerce and has served on many non-profit boards for more than 25 years. He resides in Orange County, California with his wife.

Originally from England, Harriet Isaac has over nine years specialized experience in corporate operations for real estate investment and development firms. Prior to working in the real estate industry she worked for fifteen-plus years managing complex, multi-million-dollar budgets and projects in the feature film business.

Harriet and her youngest daughter are both actively involved with their local chapter of the National Charity League.  Living in Oceanside, California, she enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with her family. She loves anything active and outdoors including traveling, hiking, skiing, and gardening.
