Our client needed $7,500,000 to continue expanding and developing its advanced technologies company with Fortune 500 and military contracts. The collateral was a 180,000 SF Midwest Class-A technical center owned free & clear with only 50% occupancy. Other issues were foreign ownership, no personal guarantees, and a Lis Pendences filed by a hostile former employee 24-hours before closing. NEF and its investor stayed with the client and eventually closed the deal.
